How do I get started?
After your purchase, we will reach out to you directly (during normal business hours) to provide you with an updated schedule. We will confirm your purchase and assist with getting you our APP for booking. If you purchased for a child, we will clarify your child's information and which program you would like to purchase. If you purchased the BEST DEAL (Personalized Training Program) we will schedule your initial visit to the studio! During this visit we will do your movement mapping and assessment. At the end of the process, you'll have a receipt of your purchase.
I want to buy one for a friend/spouse, can I get two or more?
You may purchase more than one. We will reach out to you to verify who will be receiving the Black Friday offer. Once it is assigned to a person, it may not be transferred, shared or exchanged.
Refund Policy and Start Date Guidelines
Refunds may be given up to 4 days after your date of purchase. You may activate your Black Friday offers any day between the date of purchase and January 13, 2025. The start date may not be pushed back further than January 13, 2025.
